How do I apply for a job?
Start by gathering the information you’ll need for your online application:
- Contact information including home address, phone number, and email
- Qualifications (such as your education, licenses and work experience, including dates)
- Your résumé, if you want to attach it as a file
- Social Security number and date of birth
When you find a job that interests you, click "Apply Online" in the job details. If this is your first time applying for a position, select "Click here to create a new account" to create your profile. If you've applied for another job with us before, just log in using your email address and password.
Note: The information you enter is confidential. It won’t be shown on any application forms, so hiring managers can’t see it. If you are offered a position, we’ll use your information for a background check only.
You will see a confirmation page when your application is successfully submitted.
How long will it take to fill out my profile? How long will it take to apply for specific openings?
If you’ve gathered all your information before you start, your profile should take 10 to 15 minutes to complete. Applications vary by position but will likely take 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

Yes. If you’ve made it past the first profile page and have entered your email address and password, any information you’ve entered will be saved. You can complete your application later by logging in to your existing profile.
What if I don’t have an email address?
Why do you need my Social Security number and date of birth?
We need these for a background check only if you are offered a job with Octapharma Plasma. Don’t worry – all your information is confidential. It won’t show on any application forms, and hiring managers can’t see it.
Can I apply even if I don’t see a current opening that interests me?
Yes. If you’re interested in future openings at our corporate office, you can submit a profile that will be saved in our database. Choose the last job in the list, titled "Don't see the job you are seeking?"
Be aware that if your application isn’t tied to a specific position, it will not be viewed on a regular basis, and it will not be considered for plasma donation center openings. Our job board is updated frequently, so check back often for specific openings and complete an application for the job(s) that interest you.
I want to apply for several of the jobs listed. Do I need to fill out a separate application for each one?
Yes, but using your saved profile means you won’t have to fill out the entire application for each job opening.
After you apply
How can I check the status of my application?
After receiving your application, we’ll look at how well your qualifications match the job’s requirements. We usually get many applications, so we only contact those candidates whose qualifications match up best.
How do I update my current profile or see my old applications?
Log in to your account and click “Edit your profile” or “View application status.”
What if you didn’t answer my question in the FAQs?
Contact us, and we’ll respond by email in 1 to 3 business days.
